If you have always wanted to learn to meditate or have been frustrated because you just can’t seem to get the hang of it then this audio program is for you.  It is ideal for Beginners or those already meditating but feel they are stuck in their Practice.

This Class will Review:

  • The Basics of Meditation
  • Finding Comfortable positions for Meditation
  • How to Find the Quiet Mind
  • Learning about different Meditation techniques
  • Spend time practicing meditation.
  • Easy Ways to incorporate Meditation into a commitment and Ritual
  • Different Breathing Techniques
  • The Use of Mantras

You will also learn:

  • Learn the health related benefits to adding meditation in your life.
  • Learn how meditation can help Attention Deficit Disorder, lower blood pressure and help with various other medical and emotional conditions.

Diane has been practicing meditation for over 25 years.  She has worked with two meditation teachers in the New England area and studied Transcendental Meditation. 

Weekly Meditation Groups are scheduled at  A Step Forward LLC at various times throughout the year.
